Description
Relax the body and mind on your Sunday evening to set you up nicely for the week ahead.
I use a variety of soothing and healing instruments to help you relax, this is generally a seated event and blankets are available, water supplied at the end.
The instruments will all be introduced to you at the start if you are here for the first time, we have a gong, variety of singing bowls, rattles, rain stick, ocean drum and koshi chimes.
