Sage and Drum ceremony, allow yourself this time to enjoy all that the drum beats can bring along with the cleansing benefits from being sages and having it the room while you sit and relax.
I do two types of drumming during this time, one is a healing session and the other will give you chance to meditate or just be whatever feels right for you on the day.
Blankets and water are available.
