Mindful Day Retreat - Saturday 15th February 10:00-4:00
Description
Come and give yourself a day of well being in a relaxed environment.
We will start our day with introductions and setting our intentions for the day, checking in with our energy and deciding how and what we would like from the day.
The day may look like this ( pending energy)
Welcome and introductions
Intention setting
calming the body and mind chat and maybe a meditation.
Barefoot walk and foot soak
Mindfulness crafts
Grounding activity
Sage if desired
Reiki bath / infusion
Lunch
Breath work and relaxation
Sound Healing session.
Lunch will be home made and pending weather, maybe a home made soup, served with sourdough bread , and or a Moroccan quinoa salad, green salad hummus and feta cheese ( please let me know of any allergies, intolerance)
fruit will also be available, along with hot and cold drinks,
We have 4 - 6 people at the events to ensure we all have time and space that we need on the day, there will be inside and outside time so please dress accordingly, and bring comfy cosy socks or slippers for inside.
