Come along and sit in our space to enjoy all that meditation can bring, pending on who is with us and the energy on the day will depend on the style we opt for, that maybe a guided mediation, short or long , a meditation with music or a silent meditation.
Meditation gives the body and mind a chance to just be in the moment and relax.
