Imagine sitting and listening to the harmonious relaxing sounds from these beautiful healing instruments, as your body and mind start to fully relax and just be.
I play the chakra singing bowls, leading into a gong, the drums, a drone flute, ocean drum, rattles, rain stick and koshi chimes.
This is a time for you to be present in the moment and just go with the flow and harmony, nothing to do but be.
As the weather gets warmer we will be able to enjoy these outside as well, but for now you can enjoy the warmth and comfort of the soft chairs , blankets and eye masks, and sipping some water before you head out into the rest of your day.
