Come along to our monthly sound healing session, and allow your body and mind to just be fully present and relax and release anything that no longer serves.
Sound healing will work with your energy on the day and the sounds and vibrations will wash over and around you lifting your energy.
Sound healing can also help you have a better nights sleep.
So come along and enjoy this time.
I use a set of Tibetan chakra singing bowls, A gong, drums, ocean drum, rattles, drone flute, rain stick and koshi chimes.
A glass of water is offered at the end of the session.
Blankets and eye masks are also available.
