I will play the chakra Tibetan singing bowls, gong, drums, ocean drums and various shell chimes, rain sticks, rattles, drone flutes and finish off with the 4 koshi chimes to gentle bring you back into your bodies.
Blanket sand eye masks are available as is water at the end.
