Bring yourself to this space, allow the body and mind some healing time and space, just let go and relax.
I will sage you all individually which can help cleanse you and release all that no longer serves.
Then sit and listen to the drum beats as i go through two different drum sessions to help re align your energies within.
Blankets and eye masks are available
Water will be offered at the end.
