Description
Come and sit in the tranquil pamper room with a blanket and eye mask if you wish and relax, allowing the sounds and vibrations of these healing instruments to wash over and around you.
Your body knows what to do and how to heal, if you create the time and space for it to do so.
I use a variety of instruments, from Tibetan singing bowls, a gong, drums, drone flutes, ocean drum, rain sticks, rattles, koshi chimes and more.
Water is offered at the end of the session as is a gentle time to come fully back.
