You may give them only a moment. But what if you could stay with them, let them tell you more, bring them to life and let them bring that life to you?
When you align your days with your dreams, magical things happen.
This retreat begins with a dream: your dream. From there, with a dream’s lightness and in three simple movements, you can realise your true, honest life. The life of a peaceful mind and inspired action. The life of your dreams.
The day will be run by the amazing Faith Tait and myself. We will warmly greet you, guide you in a gentle manner meditation, reflection, heartfelt conversations and so much more. And we will nourish you with a tasty vegetarian lunch for you to savour.
