Description
Ever been more curious as to understanding your gut health and how you can help yourself through the harder times in simple ways and how you can improve your gut health with small simple ways.
This Day retreat will be a day of exploring and getting a bit of insight as to how you can support and help your gut home at home on a daily basis by just making a few changes along the way, we will give you information, samples of things to try and nourishing food for your lunch along with refreshment.
You will also enjoy a relaxing meditation, mindfulness, grounding and sound healing and possibly some journaling.
This day will be run my Naomi Tugwell a nutritionist and myself, so you will be well supported during your day.
