Description
This day retreat is all about being in stillness and having moments of silence during the day, we will enjoy sounds from nature, along with healing instruments, a guided meditation, enjoy a mindful silent walk and awakening the senses along with the labyrinth walk.
A wholesome vegetarian lunch with refreshments where you can eat in silence and fully savour the flavours and senses the food brings.
Then during the afternoon we will slowly reintroduce the voice and have contemplation during the afternoon sessions.
Heading home feeling rested and relaxed.
Booking essential as i work with a maximum of 6 people to ensure you all have a perfect day.
Please dress according to the weather as we will be spending time outside and inside.
