Description
Allow yourself this time to switch off and leave your worries at the door, as i gently guide through a wonderful mindful walk around the labyrinth, we will then relax deeper with a cacao ceremony and lay down to relax and a reiki drum journey followed by a reiki healing session to sooth your body and mind giving you peace and clarity.
The labyrinth section of this event will be held outside regardless of the weather so please dress accordingly .
The rest will be held inside.
Reiki can help restore the body and mind in a gentle non invasive manor leaving you feeling ready for the rest of the week ahead.
