Description
This Charity fundraiser is a time for you to experience different modalities for a lower rate while raising funds for charity.
We have three different activities for you to enjoy - you can book one, two or come for the day whatever suits but please ensure you book so we can accommodate everyone's needs.
Chakra dancing 10-11:15 £15 pp
Chakra dancing is a healing movement practice that uses spontaneous, free form dance with specific resonate music to help balance the body's main seven chakras it can help release stored stress or tension and blocked emotions. Discover mindfulness, inner clarity and a deeper mind body connection without the pressure of physical postures.
Coffee and cake 11:30-12:15 £5 pp
Sound healing with Oracle card 12:30-2:00 £25 pp
sound healing is a wonderful gentle way to relax the body and mind and allow yourself some time to just be, the soothing sounds will wash over and around you as the instruments work with what your body needs.
Reiki drum journey and reiki session 2:15-3:45 £25 pp
Relax on your yoga mat with blanket and allow me to take you on a reiki drum journey, then relax further as i do reiki for you all.
A fully relaxing immersive experience.
These are all wonderful things for you to try out and enjoy.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and cushion and maybe an eye mask if you wish and a water bottle. Wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move and relax in.
