A two hour healing experience for two people here, incorporating a one hour homemade lunch, offers a wonderful opportunity for deep relaxation, connection, rejuvenation.

person 1: 1 hour of a relaxing treatment such as reiki or 2 x 30 minutes treatments can be arranged.

person 2: will be relaxing in the environment, maybe with a book , then it will be your turn to enjoy your chosen therapy, maybe a hand reflexology and ear candles with a lymphatic facial.

There are many combinations that we can sort for you and your friend.

Meditation and Sound Healing - Sunday 26th July 10:00-12:00 (in Bromham )

Come and get comfortable laying down on a thick mat, with a pillow and blanket ( feel free to bring more if you would like your own comfort)

I will lead you into relaxation and guide you through a short meditation allowing your body and mind time to settle, then you will be led into a soothing sound healing session, you will feel the vibrations from these healing instruments wash over and around you, allowing your body to do whatever is required in this moment, just be still and enjoy.

Once I have finished playing the instruments you will have time to just be on the mat, then slowly come to and share a cup of herbal tea and a little chat and maybe an oracle card if you wish before stepping back into your day.

This event takes place within the Griffin Estate lacock, not the gathering space.

Sound Healing Sunday 9th August 10:00-11:15

Come sit with a blanket and eye mask if you wish and relax, allowing the soothing sounds of these healing instruments to wash over and around you, some see this as a form of relaxation, others just a lovely way to relax and have a mini reset.

I use a variety of instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, drums, a gong, drone flutes, ocean drum, rain sticks, rattles, and koshi chimes.

Some of the benefits of sound healing are:

Can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, possibly help with pain management and lower blood pressure, along with relaxing the body and mind.

This event may take place outside if suitable weather.

Drum Circle - Sunday 9th August 11:30-12:30

Bring along your drum or borrow one, and feel the harmonious beats that come together as our energies merge.

Intentions can be set if you would like at the beginning, but never any pressure as we are a friendly group.

Breath work with Sound - Tuesday 11th August 6:30-8:30 pm

Come and settle on the thick mats, laid down with a pillow and blanket ( please feel free to bring your own as well if you wish) and start to allow your body and mind this time to relax fully, we start with the Tibetan singing bowls to bring you into relaxation, then as i drum you will focus on your breath work - taking the time you need, breathing at your own pace...then i will lead you into a gentle return with the koshi chimes which is your time to lay and be reflective and or meditative after your breath work and before coming to.

We then share a hot drink and a biscuit along with Oracle cards.

I was very fortunate to have a wonderful distance healing Reiki session today with Trudi; from being quite stressed beforehand, through her wonderful healing energies, my energy centers were restored and I felt totally at peace and relaxed. She intuitively knew where to send the restorative Reiki healing and accurately sensed where my energy blockages were.
