Come along and relax with a friend, and enjoy a two hour healing experience bespoke for you, then finish your session with an hour to enjoy a vegetarian or vegan lunch.
Enjoy time to just be and relax and restore the body and mind.
These make a great gift or way to celebrate your anniversary or other special occasions.

Monthly group sound healing - Sunday 1st September 10:00-11:15

Come and relax and allow the soothing sounds of these healing instruments to wash over and around you, helping you to relax the body and mind and let go of things if need be.

You will be introduced to the instruments at the start if you have not been before, and there will be water provided at the end.

This is a time for you to just be.

Monthly drum circle - Sunday 8th September 10:00-11:15

Bring along your drum ( or borrow one if you wish to try this out) and join us all as we bring the drums together, this is outside if possible and feel free to be barefoot, and go with the flow, we all drum together in a way that suits as we stand in circle, ( but feel free to add movement if you desire)

Water is offered at the end.

Feel free to stay on afterwards for the monthly meditation circle.

Meditation circle - Sunday 8th September 11:30-12:45

Allow yourself this time to gently be and enjoy being guided on some shorter or longer meditations pending the energy in the room, these are generally inside, but if a nice day we can all sit or lay in the garden and feel the added bonus of the elements and being fully grounded and in the present moment.

We have time at the end to share whilst sipping some water.

Sage and drum ceremony - Sunday 22nd September 10:00-12:00

Allow the smell of sage to drift around you and we can cleanse each of you on arrival or before you leave if you wish, sage can be healing and cleansing.

We do two types of drumming during your time here, while you sit and relax ( with a blanket if required) and just be and let your worry's wash away, I lead you through a reiki drum healing session and follow with a reiki drum journey session where you may go on your own journey of your choice or just see where this time leads you.

Come along and spend time relaxing while enjoying doing mindful activities, from setting intentions in a mindful manor, sound healing, meditation, drum journey, and more.

This is a time for you to connect and just be, recharge and be with other like minded people.

We will spend time inside and out ( pending weather) and lunch and refreshments are all included.

We keep numbers for 6 people as we feel it works well and we have the inside and outside space for that number to be comfortable.
