What are the benefits of a holistic therapy?
They can allow your body to relax and reconnect and leave you feeling refreshed and more in tune with yourself.
Trudi trained in 2015 in Reiki and added other therapies to the list in 2016, she is a fully qualified insured Reiki Usui master/ teacher and holistic practitioner.
Treatments available are:
Reiki - Fully clothed while you relax on the reiki couch- can leave you feeling more in tune and balanced
Violet flame reiki - Lay fully clothed on the reiki couch and enjoy reiki working on your body and mind with the addition of the violet flame. Is also great for online.
Reiki drum healing - Fully clothed relaxed on reiki couch whilst I drum over your body to help restore and heal
Reiki drum journeys -Fully clothed relaxed on reiki couch as you disappear into your own 'journey' following the drums beat
Reiki for your pets- Your pets deserve too feel relaxed to and reiki can help this to happen, so if your pet is stressed or needs healing then why not give me a call and chat about reiki and how I maybe able to help.
Sound healing sessions - Both 1:1 or groups of 4 are available, sit or lay and relax to the sound and vibrations from various healing instruments.
Chakra balancing -We have seven main chakras in our bodies and if they are out of balance it can leave us feeling out of tune, so allow me to clear the chakras and restore the balance while you lay fully clothed on the reiki couch.
Spiritual past life regression - Spiritual past life regression, ever wondered what you have experienced before? and how it may affect your current life, then why not book a past life regression.
Ear candles - This therapy is a very relaxing one and once each ear has had the candle treatment we then finish with a relaxing lymphatic facial helping to relieve any pressure in and around the ears and sinus area.
Hand Reflexology - If your body is tired and your hands are feeling un loved, have a relaxing hand reflexology and allow you to fully relax and feel restored and hands nourished.
Card readings - Come along and have a card reading ( I use oracle cards not tarot) can also use your keys, jewelry etc or why not enjoy a reiki session and card reading at the end
Wellness days -These days are bespoke for you and 3 friends, come along and each of you will receive a 45 minute treatment a home made vegetarian two course lunch and meditation. £75.00 per person
Special two hour one to one ( bespoke for you) This is time just for you we can discuss what treatments you would benefit from in advance and bespoke your experience so you go away feeling completely relaxed and restored, we all deserve some 'me 'time. £80.00
Two hours of relaxation with a friend ( Healing Experience) in the healing tent or inside treatment and pamper room - Reiki, reiki drum and meditation to mention a few of what you can create for your time here. Enjoy a vegetarian or vegan lunch to finish your experience ( 3 hour experience in total) £150.00 in total.
One to one sessions are £45.00 per hour
Specials -Bespoke two hour one to one £80.00
Bespoke 3 hour healing experience £150.00 for both of you, includes a vegetarian or vegan lunch.
