Welcome to The Five Elements Retreats and Holistic therapies,
Here at The Five Elements Retreats we are committed to customer focus and our aim is for everyone who visits us to leave completely satisfied with their treatment, retreat or workshop experience. Based in the beautiful village of Bromham, Wiltshire.
Arrive and allow your daily concerns to drift away while you spend time relaxing in a tranquil indoor space or in the healing tent, and enjoy a bespoke enjoyable experience.
Although Covid restrictions have been lifted, customer safety is still paramount to us and guidelines will continue to be followed and we understand if you don't yet feel ready to remove your mask. It's important to us that your time here feels comfortable and enjoyable.
Over the coming months we will be introducing new and unique retreats where you can rediscover one or all of your five senses and reconnect them to one or more of the Earth's five elements. So why not choose one of our themed experiences and join with like minded people and escape life's busy-ness for a while.
The retreats are usually held in our Bell tent although we do have alternative indoor facilities if absolutely necessary, but our aim during the retreats is to spend as much time with Mother Nature and all that she has to offer as we can.
Healing and bespoke experiences we also aim to have outside but if weather is against us or your preference is to be inside this can also be arranged in our beautiful pamper room and treatment room.
Workshops will be guided by individual leaders and all details will be available when dates are listed on our website, do check the events section regularly for updates or sign up to the monthly newsletter.
All of our workshops are designed to introduce you to something new or expand on something that already interests you.
The Five Elements Retreats also offer half hour or one hour treatments by appointment with Trudi. Take a look at the holistic therapies section and see what peaks your interest.
Trudi will be happy to discuss any queries or concerns that you may have to help you choose which individual treatment or group experience you would like to try.
All food offered is vegetarian or vegan, homemade and prepared onsite. Any special requirements or allergies can also be acknowledged.
