This series of 7 chakra half day retreats are designed for you to work on one of your main chakras at a time, you will be drawn to the one that feels right for you.
This retreat will be based on your root chakra, you will learn where it is in the body, how it affects us when balanced or unbalanced and so much more. The day will be gentle and nourishing focusing on this chakra- the colour red so if you are drawn and wish to wear a red item please feel free to do so.
Refreshments will be provided along with a snack.
Root chakra the first main chakra within the body, signifies the base. The root chakra is about providing balance and support.
