Come along to this wonderful day of mindfulness and learn about macrame, make and take home your creations which will be suitable for Christmas.
Also included will be all refreshments and lunch (please inform me of dietary requirements up front) and you will enjoy some sound healing and drumming..
macrame will be a workshop in the morning and another in the afternoon. This is aimed at complete beginners and everything will be included.
