Get creative and focus the mind on all that you desire for the year ahead. As we discus the benefits of a clear vision and we get creative and mindful about how we wish our year to unfold we then get working on how to allow this flow into our lives.
This year I will be supplying the boards and glue, pens , scissors, so all you need to bring along are pictures that can be stuck on tour board of things you desire, along with some magazines that we can all cut things from and share.
