Mindfulness Day Retreat with Karen and Trudi Saturday 6th April 2024 10:00-4:00
Come along for a relaxing day of mindfulness with creations run by Karen from Dots and Blocks - you will have two wonderful workshops to enjoy one in the morning and one in the afternoon and will take your creations home with you to enjoy and you may of found a new way of being mindful and relaxing.
Trudi will guide you with a short meditation, help you set intentions for your day and you will enjoy a drum healing session and a sound healing session.
Lunch and refreshments are all included ( dietary requirements will be needed at the time of booking please)
Blankets will be available on the day to keep you cosy, please feel free to bring slippers or cosy socks.
