Affirmation cards are a great way to start the day, Just sit for a few minutes holding the cards, take a few slow deep breaths and feel calm and clear, shuffle the cards and you may choose to tap 3 times to release old energy, then clear your mind and select a card, this will be your card for the day, you can carry it with you or take a photo and have it on your screen for when you need it.
These cards were designed and painted in watercolour by my daughter Philippa, and the affirmations all came to me early one morning, we hope you enjoy and watch out for our next project.
