Come along and learn about the solar plexus chakra which colour, sound and smells are related to it.
Enjoy being with others, being aware of your surroundings and re connecting the body and soul focusing on this one chakra.
Refreshments and snacks will be provided.
Part or all of the time we will be outside so wear appropriate clothing, however if weather is to bad we will of course be inside.
