Come along and learn about your Sacral chakra, the 2nd main chakra in our body, find out the colour, smells and sounds associated with this chakra, and enjoy a morning of re balancing and re connecting the body and mind.
This chakra gives you the feelings and emotions that make you enjoy your life, as well as living with creative energy that makes up who you are.
Refreshments and snack will be included.
All being well most of the retreat if not all, will take place outside, so wear appropriate clothing, however if the weather is not suitable we have inside space to continue the retreat.
