Wow I can not believe we have got this far, yesterday I missed my Qi gong session for various reasons and I really missed it, they may only be around 7 minutes but it is amazing what they can do for you to set you up for the day. I did the barefoot walk around the garden though.
Today I made a point of making sure I got back on track 100% as Its only me to answer to, but it is for my well being as I have said it makes a great start, I wondered around the garden this morning and felt the dew in the shady spots and the sunny spots were warm under foot, it was so nice to feel the changes in temperature and go with the flow, seeing the daisy's still asleep in the lawn, the clover and listening to the bird song.
I sat in the sun and just enjoyed being present.
Then did my grounding exercise before heading in for the 1 minute shower, which seems to be the daily norm now, today I set a timer to make sure I was not miss counting lol- and I imagined I was under a cascading waterfall, time flew past and I love how it can make you feel.
I hope you are all keeping well and enjoying the small things that we can do to enhance our well being.
This evening I have once again enjoyed the 30 minute walk I have from home, watching baby bunny, deer and stroking one of the horses I have been lucky enough to do Reiki on.
The clouds have been amazing this evening.

PS I have been barefoot whilst weeding and pottering around in the garden nearly all day and I love the freedom it can bring you.
