Yesterday I enjoyed all aspects of my 30 day challenge once again and so glad I have incorporated this in to my morning routine.
Today I loved walking on the back lawn bare feet and feeling the rain water on them, and listening to the birds sing the leaves glistening from the fresh rain, stopping to pauses and smell the air, watching the sun peeking through. Even managed to finish the weeding while the soil was wet and pulled the weeds from the lawn. ( have left all our daisies to do what they wish)
Qi gong as ever was fantastic and it really does amaze me how my body feels just after the short time I have been doing this and for less than 10 minutes a day - just goes to show how when we are fully connected with our body and mind what inner strength we have and how our bodies thank us. I really would say if you have not tried it look it up and give it a go.
Lastly my cold water 1 minute shower - my waterfall time as I now see it as and it feels amazing waking up all the body in a different way to the other things, have you tried it yet?
