Well some days are easy to jump out of bed and crack on, others days not so much. Anyway I have managed to do all that I have set my self up to do just not necessarily in the order I had planned but still a tick non the less.
1 minute in cold shower managed yesterday and day before today it was around the 30-40 seconds as I lost count haha.( have been using a timer) Yesterday I did two Qi gong sessions so that I am now all caught up from the one I missed. I really find these small steps amazing and can feel the difference in my body after just 7 minutes - how cool is that. Barefoot walking never ceases to amaze me either, its so simple and yet so restorative and effective- get those shoes and socks off and give it a go, take a cuppa with you if you wish. I could of stayed out much longer this morning, but I had a fair bit to get ticked off before I headed out for some volunteering we do at a wonderful local farm, have to say the Qi-gong certainly helps the muscles wake up and good job as I was painting once again this week.. So my parting words after the last three days are: Do your best and don't beat yourself up if you don't achieve what you had set out to do, it will happen when its meant to.
