I went outside this morning and watched the robin enjoy some meal worms, and the crows have some food love how they bounce and hop around. Did my barefoot walk and felt the rather wet ground beneath but so grateful for the rain feeding the soil grass and plants. How do you ground yourself? and do you do it daily as a matter of course or do it when you feel you need it... I normally do mine after I have walked around the garden barefoot but this morning I felt a little unsettled most likely due to the amazing thunder storms we had last night and the full moon- I always try and go with the flow and listen to what I feel. So instead I did a chakra balancing meditation. I had a bath this morning as love being surrounded and immersed in water - so cold shower will happen later in the day.
