Hi, how are you all?
Today I was outside extra early and enjoyed the freshness of everywhere, and barefoot walking around the garden and doing my daily grounding exercise whilst listening to the birdsong and feeling the gentle breeze around me.
Then I enjoyed my Qi gong session which was about calm and being in the present moment. ( perfect for the start of GCSE time )
Lastly I turned the shower onto cold after my normal shower and managed 30 seconds, it felt very cold but somehow the long your under it the more embracing it becomes.
