Good morning, so yesterday day three I did my barefoot walk and grounding outside enjoying the rain feed grass beneath the souls of my feet.
I loved my Qi gong session and am always surprised at just how time flies, but also how you can really feel the movements within your body and how breath works with the flow.
Cold shower was a struggle I will admit today, no idea why maybe I just wasn't feeling it but still did 10 seconds and felt better for it.
